The Dow DJIA, +0.60% is trading 161 points, or 0.5%, higher, as shares of JPMorgan Chase JPM, +2.60% and Goldman Sachs GS, +2.53% are contributing to the index’s intraday rally. JPMorgan Chase’s shares have climbed $2.35 (2.0%) while those of Goldman Sachs have risen $5.51, or 1.8%, combining for an approximately 52-point bump for the Dow. Also contributing significantly to the gain are Boeing BA, +2.00%, Chevron CVX, +1.64%, and 3M MMM, +1.74%. A $1 move in any of the Dow’s 30 components equates to a 6.59-point swing.
